Privacy

We store your account email, hashed API keys, billing identifiers and usage counters to operate the service. The dashboard keeps your API key in page memory; reloading clears it.

Evaluation results may be cached for 24 hours. Submitted batch and PGN positions and results are stored privately for up to 30 days. Cloudflare processes requests and operational logs to run and troubleshoot the service.

Optional Google Analytics and PostHog analytics run only after you allow them. They measure page visits and named actions such as signup and completed evaluations. We do not send emails, API keys, form contents, FENs, PGNs, URL query strings or fragments to these analytics providers. Session replay and automatic form capture are not enabled. Google Analytics may use cookies after consent; PostHog uses an anonymous session identifier. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional analytics.

You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Stripe processes payment details on its hosted pages when billing is available; this application does not store card details.

For privacy requests, use the project support tracker. Do not post API keys, payment information or other private data in a public issue.
